A core team of about 20 people manage Canadian Oil Sands’ business, providing operations oversight, financial, accounting, business development, crude oil marketing, legal and investor relations services for the Trust. Our office is located in Calgary, Alberta.

The daily operations of Syncrude are managed by Syncrude Canada Ltd., who employs about 4,700 people, most of whom work at the facility located north of Fort McMurray, Alberta.
